Ghulam Samdani is Area Director-South India for Sarovar Hotels and General Manager of the award-winning Muthoot Plaza in Trivandrum. There are 36 Sarovar Hotels & Resorts throughout India and overseas.

Ghulam and his wife Jana, also a DCT graduate, also opened their own hotel chain, Xanadu Hotels & Resorts.
