Ryan Zimmer is truly cosmopolitan, with international
working experience in top-notch hotels such as Ritz Carlton, Excelsior
Hong Kong, as well as The Fat Duck (3 Michelin Stars). From Miami to
the Far East, this young and ambitious American graduated from DCT
University Center in 2002 where found both his love and his career
calling. Since moving to Asia with his wife, Ryan has had a real impact
on the dining scene and now holds the position of the Pastry Chef at
the world-famous Marco Polo Hotel in Hong Kong.
