"At DCT, I took all three ECA courses
needed to earn the Advanced Culinary Management Diploma: Foundation to
European Cuisine, European Gourmet Cuisine, and European Pastry &
Chocolate.
It was my first time of really working
in a kitchen after I decided on this career, and I learned so many
great new things in the culinary field. I was so glad to make friends
from so many different countries and to learn new languages and how to
manage myself and my time.
The Culinary Program is a really
unforgettable class for me, especially EGC with Chef Patrick Diethelm.
I would love to repeat EGC again because it is just too short to learn
all that I want to learn about this great art of cooking. I really love
to work in the kitchen with such high standards and will always try to
reach DCT’s high level of expectation."
